Shipping & Returns

After placing an order with ASTETIKA, we advise of the following processES:

  1. You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.

  2. When goods are dispatched from our warehouse you shall receive an email confirming your delivery has been successfully shipped.

  3. Goods shall be packaged to prevent product damage during postage / transportation.

Delivery to Australian residents is charged at a flat rate of $9.30 for all orders under 0.5kg. Orders above 0.5kg will be charged at a bulk-shipping rate.

when free shipping is offered, ASTETIKA reserves the right to end or change the free shipping offer at any time.

Occasionally we may not be able to provide delivery to all areas, and if so, a full refund of your order will be provided. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (weekdays) of being received except during sale and promotional periods, public holidays or during holiday periods. Orders will arrive approximately 4-7 business days from dispatch - except during periods outlined above. However please note: we cannot make guarantees on behalf of Australia Post or any Parcel delivery services, particularly where delivery times, e-parcel emails and tracking information are concerned. 

If you have a problem with your parcels arrival after dispatch. You recommend contacting Australia Post with your Tracking information. 

Currently Delivery is available to Australian residents only - but international shipping will be available soon.

Pricing:

All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD) inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). In the interest of fairness to consumers and retailers our products are set at recommended retail pricing. Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Returns:

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at INFO@ASTETIKA.COM and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

ASTETIKA does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly (a) re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately. Please be patient as refunds may take a few days to enter your account.

Importantly, it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to extended use.

Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are in their original packaging.

Holiday Hours

Please be advised that orders placed during the Easter, Christmas and New Years period will not be dispatched until the next working day.

We will do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible but please note there may be a delay.
